These rules are designed to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players in the world of Dalaya. Violation of these rules may result in penalties, including temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Respect
Respect your fellow players. Do not train, steal kills, use hate speech, sexually harass anyone, or cheat.
Character Names
Names that are vulgar, racist, or otherwise blatantly inappropriate may be changed.
Gambling
All unofficial forms of gambling are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, lotteries, games of chance, or any other activity that involves wagering items or currency.
Character Limits
You may play up to two characters at once, provided they are on separate accounts. You can make as many accounts as you like and share access to your account(s) at your own discretion and risk.
IP Sharing
If you share your IP with other players, be prepared to prove that you are separate persons on separate computers.
Account Responsibility
If someone else abuses the rules on your character, both of you may be held responsible. Accounts may not be traded or sold for real-life or in-game services, favors, items, etc.
Third-Party Programs
Log parsers are permitted, but do not use third-party programs designed for cheating.
NPC Engagement
Whoever engages an NPC first generally has rights to that NPC. Camps do not formally exist here.
Special Zones
Raid zones, "winged" zones, and some high-stakes fights have claim rules of their own; see the Policy Plaza subforum for details.
Bugs
Report bugs via /bug and do not exploit them.
Help Requests
Petitions may be used to report violations of any of the above rules. A member of our volunteer staff will get back to you as soon as they can. Note that in-game petitions disappear when you log out. If you need help from the staff, use /petition or ask for assistance in our Discord petition channel. Be willing to accept the staff’s judgment even if you disagree with it.
